i didn't have anything pressing to take care of and have some vacation hours to use up before my employment anniversary...so i called drew and told him i'd be home at 11.
he was planning on taking max and hannah & teddy to the pool today, so i thought it'd be fun to go along.
we got to the pool a little after 12 and found out that it didn't open til 1.
so we went over by the water and had a picnic.

enjoying some water and crackers for a snack.we headed home a bit earlier than planned because max couldn't nap at the pool.
there was just too much going on and he didn't want to miss anything.
