our final day of camping was ended rather abruptly.
park rules state that you can set up on your site at 3pm the day of your reservation and you should be out by 3pm the day your reservation ends.
we were hanging out at our site, getting things packed, thinking about going on a bike ride when this large bus and caravan of cars parks right in front of our site on the road. after they sat there for about 20 minutes, an older gentlemen got out of the bus and asked us, not very nicely, when we'd be out. now, keep in mind, it was about 12:00 at this point. we said in a bit. well, at that point, the rudeness had made us both ready to be done.
we finished packing up and headed to the dump site.
drew managed to get things taken care of without needing my help. whew! :)

you should have taken your darn sweet time! he can't run you out of there! i am so glad you had such a great first trip! such good family memories! you will add more and more stuff to your camper each trip. this is our 3rd year and i still think of things i want to put in there!!!
