lindsay's bridal shower...

we pulled a bridal shower together in a few weeks for lindsay.

she is a weekend anchor in lansing and was able to get a weekend off!

thanks to my mom for making all the food and to diane and hannah for helping get things set up!

favors.  lindsay loves coffee so i found some cute mugs and filled them with door county coffee (which is where the wedding is taking place!)

after filling our bellies it was game time!

first we played a question game where i had asked lindsay and evan the same questions.

i read the question and an answer to the group.  

they had to guess if was lindsay's answer (and hold up a tiara) or evan's answer (and hold up a mustache).

it was pretty entertaining!

we played the game where lindsay had to guess the answers to some questions that evan answered about them.  if she got them wrong, she had to add a piece of gum to her mouth.

i'll spare you the pictures...she had to chew a lot of gum!

finally...the ladies were split into two groups.  each group got a pair of shoes and some decorations.

they got a certain amount of time to decorate.  

lindsay would then choose a winner and wear them for part of her rehearsal! :)
