intro to the olympics...

i was super excited for the olympics this year.

i love the olympics, especially the summer olympics.

it reminds me of being a kid, living in california, laying on a pile of blankets on the living room floor with my brother, staying up late, and taking in the action.

max and i planned a party and couldn't find anyone to join us.

so we got ready with our red, white, and blue gear.

and we waited..

we were excited.

 

silly.

lions.

and then just us.

max was in awe of the opening ceremonies.

it was so fun to watch it with him and to explain what was going on.

he got antsy and shared a moment with maggie.

we had a fun night together.

at one point he disappeared by his toy box.

the next thing i knew, he popped up in front of me and said, "momma, take my picture!"

hahahahaha!!!!

he is too much!
