we got up early, had some breakfast and headed on our mile walk to the shedd aquarium.
it was very foggy and humid. as soon as as i took the camera...the lens got covered in condensation.
here's our cool dude waiting patiently in line.once we got in we headed downstairs to the "wild reef" exhibit.
max loved looking at everything.
a very ugly "rhinofish."
this tank was filled with colorful fish and sharks.
we found nemo! :)
having some good ol family fun!then we headed back upstairs to the caribbean reef tank.
max liked the stingrays.

daddy thought it was appropriate to buy some swedish fish for a little snack! we headed to another downstairs exhibit and play area.

we went into this welcome room after lunch to let max run around.

these crab spiders were CREEPY!
max actually fell asleep in the aquarium. he got a little nap in on the walk back to the hotel.

max was being silly and talking to all the people walking by.

we were trying to decide where to order our deep dish pizza from.
after talking to a few employees, we decided on lou malnati's.
my cousin kyle lives in chicago so he came to our hotel to hang out and have dinner with us.
